1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OkeDokey ("the Service"), provided by Wamaaz LTD ("the Company"), Company House No. 16304862, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those on free-tier and paid subscription plans.

2. Service Description

OkeDokey is a desktop software application designed for social media automation, scheduling, and content management. The Service provides tools to:

  • Link social media accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) via official OAuth APIs.
  • Automate the processing and uploading of short videos, photo carousels, single images, and long-form videos to connected platforms.
  • Apply automated color grading, audio mixing, and media optimization before upload.
  • Schedule posts using intelligent queue management with per-platform rate limiting.

Architecture: OkeDokey is a locally-installed application. All content processing, media rendering, and social platform API communication happens directly on the user's device. The Wamaaz LTD website (okedokey.com) provides account management, subscription validation, and software download services only.

3. Account & Authentication

To use OkeDokey, you must create an account via our website using Google sign-in or email registration. Your account is used solely for:

  • License validation when launching the desktop application.
  • Managing your subscription tier and billing.
  • Receiving critical product notifications and security alerts.

Your social media platform credentials (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube OAuth tokens) are stored only on your local machine and are never transmitted to Wamaaz LTD servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and local data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OkeDokey only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Using the Service to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content.
  • Violating the terms of service of any third-party social platform connected to OkeDokey.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the OkeDokey Desktop engine.
  • Sharing, redistributing, or reselling your OkeDokey license to third parties.
  • Engaging in deceptive automation practices that violate platform guidelines.

5. Platform Responsibility

OkeDokey is a tool for managing your own social media accounts. You are solely responsible for all content posted via the Service and for ensuring that your use of third-party platform APIs complies with their respective developer policies and community guidelines. Wamaaz LTD is not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, content removals, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms as a result of your use of OkeDokey.

6. Subscription & Billing

OkeDokey offers multiple subscription tiers. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Key terms:

  • Cancellations can be made at any time via your account dashboard on our website.
  • Refunds are provided only in cases of documented service failure within the first 14 days of a billing cycle, subject to our internal review.
  • Feature availability may vary by subscription tier. Certain advanced features (AI content generation, multi-account support) may require higher-tier subscriptions.

7. Software Updates

We may release updates to the OkeDokey desktop application from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, security patches, and new features. You can check for updates within the application or download the latest version from our website. We recommend keeping your application up to date to ensure compatibility with social platform API changes.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to OkeDokey at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your license to use the desktop application will be revoked.

9. Limitation of Liability

OkeDokey is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Wamaaz LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, platform-side account issues, failed uploads, or interrupted automation schedules. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
